What you get out of it

One day off the desk. Four things you can't get anywhere else in Utah.

No filler sessions, no ninety-minute sales pitch dressed up as a keynote. Every period on the schedule is either credit, a room full of your peers, or both.

Five hours

Your CE, done in a day

A credit course in every single period. Fill the whole day with it if that's why you came — fair housing, Utah forms, records and supervision.

The 9:15 general session

The Utah numbers nobody posts online

A local panel on real vacancy, delinquency, listing traffic and new client flow. Not national averages. What's actually happening here.

Every period, Room C

A table of people with your exact problem

Five facilitated masterminds — maintenance coordination, operations and admin, owner and resident onboarding, AI adoption. Small rooms, real talk.

All day, Rooms A and B

Your remote team in the room

Both rooms stream live, with a session built for remote teammates. They sit in the sessions rather than watching from outside.

Who should be here

Bring the whole team. There's a room for every one of them.

This is not an owners-only day. Three rooms run at once from 10:15, which means the coordinator, the leasing agent and the bookkeeper each have somewhere worth being — and nobody spends the afternoon in a session that isn't theirs.

Owners and principals

The Utah numbers nobody posts online. A tech stack panel where people say what they actually dropped and why. And a mastermind for the calls only you can make.

Property managers

Fair housing on the front line, the Utah forms that actually hold up in a dispute, and five CE hours you'd otherwise burn a weekend chasing.

Maintenance coordinators

An entire mastermind is yours — coordinators, vendor managers and in-house techs in one room, comparing notes on the turn. Bring the person who runs your board.

Leasing agents

Screening, pricing and advertising now that AI touches all three — including exactly where the fair housing and Utah law landmines are buried.

Operations, admin and accounting

RACI charts, org structure, and the honest conversation about what to do when there are two good options and no obvious answer.

Your remote team — yes, yours

Rooms A and B stream live all day, with a session built for them. Bogotá, Manila, Guadalajara, Kingston — they're in the sessions, not watching from outside.

Discounts for registering 3 or more team members. Remote teammates are half price too. Both discounts apply automatically when you register — no code to remember, nothing to email us about.

Questions

Before you register.

Do I have to be a NARPM member?

No. The summit is open to anyone working in Utah property management. Members and non-members pay the same rate.

How many CE hours do I get?

Five. There's one CE course in every session period, so you can fill the whole day with credit if that's what you're here for. Sign-in instructions are covered in the 9:00 welcome.

What does it cost, and what's included?

$199 through September 15, then $249. Remote teammates are half price, and three or more from one company get a further discount — both applied automatically when you register. Every ticket covers all three rooms, the vendor floor, lunch and the raffle.

Can my remote team attend?

Yes. Rooms A and B stream live, and the Going Global session is built for them. Add their names when you register and we'll send them their own link.

Do I have to pick a track?

No — move between rooms as you like. Most people mix: a CE course in the morning, a mastermind after lunch.

Why do you ask for my mailing address?

So we can send you summit materials ahead of the day. We use it for that and nothing else — it is never shared with sponsors.

Can I sponsor and attend?

Every sponsor tier includes seats for your team — two at Silver, four at Gold, six at Platinum. No separate attendee ticket needed.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund up to 30 days before the summit. After that we can transfer your registration to a colleague — just email us the name.
